Chris began his financial technology career in 1988 as a developer on the trading floor building high performance solutions for a mission-critical environment. In his first year he put into place a risk management system that changed the way 100 fixed income traders did their job. Chris advanced to become a senior trader with Morgan Stanley where he assembled and managed a team of engineers. It was at this position that he first saw data overload problems and created solutions to solve them.
During his 25 years creating software, Chris has focused on building high performance data management solutions that help companies gain insight into unstructured data. In his latest role, Chris was an executive for a broker-dealer firm where he experienced FINRA audits and saw the compliance problem firsthand. Because there were no solutions that effectively handled this problem, Chris left Wall Street to start Two Roads Software.
Ara is the a software engineer with Two Roads Software. Previously, he was responsible for the analysis, design and development of equity algorithmic trading systems at Lazard Capital Markets, Wells Fargo and Goldman Sachs. His involvement with the optimization of various Pre/Post Trade analytics tools inspired him to produce highly efficient means for processing huge amounts of data. His past financial technology experience also includes the design and development of fixed income trading systems at Smith Barney and Dean Witter. Ara studied Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Fordham University at Lincoln Center in New York.
Cindy is a highly-trained CPA who has held significant public and private accounting positions over the past 20 years. At the outset of her career, she fast-tracked to a management role at Grant Thornton in New York City and later joined Pequot Capital in Connecticut as a tax manager. After a brief leave to start a family, Cindy launched an independent tax-consultant career and currently serves as CFO of Two Roads Software. As CFO, she enjoys the broad spectrum of her responsibilities–from HR to legal compliance.
